Terms of Service
Last updated: September 4, 2026
1. Agreement and service operator
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Nugzari Kvelashvili, the operator of senaior.com. By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using the service, you agree to these terms and any terms presented at checkout. If you use Senaior for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organization.
2. Accounts and workspace access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for assigning appropriate workspace permissions. Notify us promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.
3. Permitted use
You may use the service for lawful business purposes. You must not use Senaior to violate law, infringe rights, deceive or harm people, distribute malware, abuse or probe the service, bypass access or usage controls, send unlawful spam, or process information you are not authorized to use.
4. AI-generated output
AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular situation. You control the business instructions, knowledge and services supplied to your AI Employee and remain responsible for reviewing its configuration and use. The service is not a substitute for qualified human judgment in emergency, medical, legal, financial or other high-risk decisions.
5. Your content and customer data
You retain your rights in content and business information you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit and display that information to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis, providing required notices, and obtaining any required permissions for customer conversations, leads, bookings and connected-channel data that you process through Senaior.
6. Third-party services
Some features depend on third-party platforms such as OpenAI, Meta, Paddle, Resend and hosting or database providers. Your use of connected third-party accounts may also be subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for a third party's independent service, outage, policy change or account decision, but we will use reasonable efforts to keep our integrations reliable.
7. Plans, renewals and payment
Paid subscriptions are billed at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Unless checkout states otherwise, recurring plans renew automatically until canceled. Paddle acts as the billing provider and merchant-of-record services may apply to the transaction. You are responsible for applicable charges and taxes shown during checkout.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel an eligible recurring subscription through the billing tools made available in the dashboard or through the billing provider. Cancellation normally stops future renewals and does not erase charges that were already validly incurred. Refund eligibility is determined by applicable law and any refund or cancellation terms shown at checkout or by the billing provider. Mandatory rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or third parties; respond to unlawful or abusive activity; address unpaid charges; or comply with legal obligations. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to outstanding payment and retention obligations.
10. Service changes and availability
We may improve, add, remove or modify features. We work to keep Senaior available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Planned or emergency maintenance, provider outages and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.
11. Intellectual property
Senaior, its software, branding and service design are owned by the operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you. You may use the service only as permitted by these terms.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will meet every requirement or that AI output will always be correct. Neither party excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any other limitations or remedies are subject to the mandatory law applicable to the parties and the transaction.
13. Governing rules and disputes
These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to the service operator and the transaction, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to you. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should make a reasonable effort to resolve a dispute through direct communication where appropriate.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service, law or business practices change. The updated version will show a new "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects existing paid use, we will provide notice when reasonably required before the change takes effect.
