Refund Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
1. General rule
Senaior is a subscription software service. Except where required by applicable law, Paddle's buyer terms or Paddle's refund policy, charges are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable once successfully processed. A change of mind, lack of use, or failure to cancel before a renewal does not by itself create a right to a refund.
2. When a refund may be considered
A refund may be considered when there is a genuine billing or service problem. This can include a duplicate charge, an unauthorized charge that is verified through the payment provider, or a material technical failure in Senaior that prevents the core paid service from being used and cannot be reasonably restored after troubleshooting.
Refunds outside mandatory legal rights are reviewed case by case. Depending on the circumstances, a request may be declined, approved in part, or approved in full.
3. Situations that normally do not qualify
Unless mandatory law or Paddle's applicable policy requires otherwise, refunds are normally not provided for unused subscription time; forgetting to cancel; buying the wrong plan; dissatisfaction with AI wording or output where the service itself is functioning; usage limits that were disclosed before purchase; customer-side setup, configuration or connectivity problems; unsupported use cases; restrictions or outages imposed by a connected third-party account or platform; or short-lived or minor interruptions that do not materially prevent use of the paid service.
4. Cancellation and renewals
You can cancel an eligible recurring subscription using the billing tools made available through Senaior or Paddle. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents future renewal charges. Unless required by applicable law or approved under this policy, cancellation does not create a prorated refund or credit for unused time in the current billing period.
5. How to request a review
For a discretionary Senaior review, contact support as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 14 days of the relevant charge. Include the account email, transaction or receipt reference if available, a clear description of the problem, when it started, and any useful screenshots or troubleshooting details. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
6. Paddle and payment processing
Paddle acts as the billing provider and authorized reseller or merchant of record for eligible Senaior purchases. Refunds, where approved, are processed through Paddle and are subject to Paddle's buyer terms, refund policy, payment-method rules and applicable law. If Paddle or mandatory law gives you greater or non-waivable rights, those rights take priority over this policy.
7. Service access after a refund
If a subscription charge is refunded, access to the paid plan or the refunded period may end immediately or be adjusted to reflect the refunded amount. Data retention and account access remain subject to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
8. Fraud, abuse and charge disputes
Refund requests may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, repeated misuse or manipulative behavior, subject to applicable law and Paddle's policies. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contacting support or Paddle before opening a payment dispute can help resolve the issue more quickly.
9. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer, withdrawal, cancellation, refund or other rights that cannot legally be waived. Where local law provides a stronger right than this policy, the mandatory legal rule applies.
10. Policy changes
We may update this policy as the service, billing arrangements or legal requirements change. The version in effect for a transaction will be considered together with any mandatory rights and the payment provider's applicable terms.
