1. Who operates Senaior
Nugzari Kvelashvili operates senaior.com. For account, billing, security and service administration information, the operator determines why and how that information is processed. When a business uses Senaior to handle its own customer conversations, leads or bookings, that business normally determines the purpose of that customer processing and Senaior processes the information to provide the requested service.
2. Information we process
Depending on how the service is used, we may process account identifiers and contact information; authentication and security records; workspace roles and settings; business profile information; AI instructions and knowledge content; service and booking configuration; customer conversations, contact details, leads and bookings; connected social-channel identifiers and tokens; subscription and transaction references; support communications; and technical information such as timestamps, request metadata and security events.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, operate workspaces, generate AI responses, deliver chat and social integrations, manage bookings and leads, provide billing features, send account communications, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose failures, maintain audit and security records, comply with legal obligations, and improve the reliability of the service.
4. Legal bases and business instructions
Where privacy law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to perform a contract or provide the requested service, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests such as security and fraud prevention, or rely on consent where consent is required. Businesses using Senaior are responsible for choosing and documenting the appropriate basis for customer information they instruct the service to process.
5. Service providers and integrations
We use providers that help operate the service, including OpenAI for AI responses, Meta for connected social channels, Paddle for billing, Resend for account email, and infrastructure or database providers used to host the application and its data. Providers receive information needed for their role and process it under their own applicable terms, contractual safeguards and legal obligations.
6. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you or your customers are located. Where required, appropriate contractual or other lawful transfer safeguards are used for cross-border processing.
7. Cookies and session data
Senaior uses security and session mechanisms needed to sign users in, keep workspaces protected and operate embedded chat. These mechanisms are used for service functionality and security rather than to sell personal information to advertisers. Browser storage may also be used for limited interface or chat-session state.
8. Retention
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, meet legal obligations and preserve security evidence. Different categories may have different retention periods. Temporary tokens, retry records and operational events are cleaned up when they expire or are no longer needed under the service's retention rules.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect stored information, including access controls, scoped workspace authorization, protected credentials and security monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so account holders should also protect passwords, connected accounts and administrator access.
10. Your choices and privacy rights
Account holders can update account and business information through the dashboard. Depending on applicable law and your relationship to the data, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or a copy of information. We verify requests before disclosing or deleting protected account information. Some records may be retained where required for legitimate legal, billing, fraud-prevention or security purposes.
11. Customer requests
If your information was collected by a business that uses Senaior, that business may be the party responsible for responding to your privacy request. We will support account holders with appropriate access, correction, export or deletion workflows when the service is processing customer information on their behalf.
12. Children
Senaior is a business service and is not designed for children to create independent accounts. Businesses using the service must ensure that any processing involving minors is lawful and appropriate for their use case.
13. Policy changes
We may update this policy as the service, providers or legal requirements change. The current version will display its latest update date, and material changes will be communicated when reasonably required.
14. Contact
Privacy, access, correction, export or deletion requests can be sent to support.senaior@gmail.com.
